About Premium Audio:

We carry everything you need for your home theater. Whether you are starting from scratch with your first surround sound setup, or simply upgrading your existing one, we have you covered. We go “Way beyond home theater”. We are the home of the 30.4.4 channel surround sound. We also have created other formats such as 8.1, 15.2, and 22.4 and more.

We used to have two different sites (premiumaudio.biz & premiumaudio.us). One was for our store and the other was for our blog. In September 2015 to make it easier we eliminated the .biz site so both the store and blog are here. Now even if you type in premiumaudio.biz you will be redirected automatically to premiumaudio.us.

We lost that domain name (premiumaudio.us) thanks to the domain registrar
 issue in 2022. We will try to get it back if we can when it is up for 
renewal again. Sorry for the confusion this has most likely caused 
since now you are viewing this site as premiumaudio.biz.

We were previously located in Pennsylvania and started in 2005. In 2010 we relocated to Arizona. In 2017 we re-licensed in Delaware. Because Delaware does not charge tax we do not charge you tax either (unless your order is being shipped to California).

2022:

The Mall of the Internet shut down in 2022 and owned Premium Audio.
 The only reason this site is up still is to showcase the talents
of the one and only person who created and ran this business for 
years. We are no longer selling anything on this website. 
Because of this please understand that many links may no longer
 work since this website is no longer updated.

March 2018:

If your order is to be shipped to California we have to charge you 8.25% sales tax instead of no tax. The reason for this is that we have items shipping from a California Warehouse. The law states that orders shipped from any business with a California location to a California location must collect the states 8.25% sales tax. When placing an order the shipping field will simply show the shipping cost and then the total of the items ordered plus shipping cost below it.

We are sorry to have to do this, however in this competitive market we cannot afford to absorb this cost we have to pay if the order ships to California. As a result all orders shipping to California require you to pay 8.25% sales tax. Rather than not allowing orders to ship to California we decided we would let you decide if you wish to order it from us.

November 2017:

Introduced FREE shipping on everything to the continental United States (48 states not counting HI and AK).

October 2017:

Policies:

All shipments are handled by Fedex or UPS at our discretion and are placed within 48 hours of you ordering.
We ship to the Continental United States (all U.S. states except HI and AK). We only ship to residential and business addresses (no shipments to AFO’s and PO Boxes, etc).
All products, unless otherwise stated, are brand new and therefore come in the original packaging and include the full manufacturers warranty.
FREE Shipping on everything ordered regardless of quantity, price or size. This includes the giant speakers and powered subwoofers that are super heavy!
All returns require you reaching out to us via email first at customerservice@premiumaudio.us so that we can issue a RMA number for it to be processed.
